The snow stopped falling and the sun came out just in time to welcome the EU-SEC partners who gathered in Helsinki recently for a very busy week. Presentations from work package leaders, the project General Assembly, a meeting with Advisory Board members and presentation of latest progress to European Commission reviewers were all on the agenda.
A big topic for discussion was the value proposition and business plan for the continuous auditing and certification of cloud services and multi-party recognition between cloud services. Anyone interested in these topics is invited to get in touch or sign up for project updates.
All the partners are looking forward to the exploitation phase of the project which will bring the results of all their hard work to the market. A series of workshops and training sessions has been planned for 2019 to ensure interested stakeholders will be made aware of the benefits of the project’s work. This will include face-to-face meetings and webinars.
The meeting with the Advisory Board members was very fruitful, including valuable feedback on their experience of security controls and auditing as well as their view of the EU-SEC products. The results of the Multi Party Recognition Pilot were presented and discussed.
A big thanks to partner Nixu who did a great job of organising and hosting the event. Next stop Barcelona!
